• Program: Stratos Tower texts and calls, from Shark Jockey Digital.
• What you'll get: your map and account updates, reminders (like a booked call), and occasional tips and offers about Stratos Tower.
• How you join: by ticking the text box on our sign-up form and giving your mobile number. That box is never ticked for you. By ticking it, you agree to receive recurring automated texts and calls from Stratos Tower at that number.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can use the free map and buy anything without agreeing to texts.
• How often: up to 4 messages a month. Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, under your mobile plan.
• To stop: reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE) to any text. You'll get one text confirming you're out, and no more. You can also tell us any other reasonable way, such as by email, and we'll stop within 10 business days at most, usually the same day.
• For help: reply HELP, or email [email protected].
• When: we only send between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your local time, and no more than one marketing text a day.
• Who: adults 18 and over, on U.S. mobile numbers. We don't text or call anyone under 18.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text opt-in and consent are never shared with or sold to anyone. See our Privacy Policy.
• Changes: if these terms change, we'll update the date above, and text you if the change matters to you.
