Who we are

In short

• Your Board and your Empire keep your work on your own computer. We don't host it, see it or hold a copy.
• The only things that reach us are your free-map sign-up (and a short summary of your map) and what you buy.
• We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
• No cookies, no analytics and no ad trackers on this site.

This website

• No analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies. Other companies can't track you across sites through our pages.
• The fonts load from Google Fonts. Like any web service, Google may see basic technical details such as your IP address.
• Our website host, Cloudflare, may also see basic technical details such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the pages.
• Do Not Track: we don't track you, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off; we treat every visit as if it were on. The same goes for Global Privacy Control: we don't sell or share your information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

The free Inner Circle Map

While you build your map, your answers are saved only in your own browser on your own device. That includes the names of the people in your circle. We never receive those names. Areas you mark as private (like health, faith or family) are never sent; we only get a count of how many private areas you have.

When you sign up, we receive:

• Your first name, last name (if you add it), email, and mobile number (only if you give it).
• Your age group (13–17 or 18 and over).
• What you agreed to: the boxes you ticked, their exact words, and the time.
• A short summary of your map: the type you picked, what you want to be known for, your area names (not private ones), your score, how many people you listed, your open spots and your main focus.
• The page address and which copy of the map you used.

Your AI Board and Your AI Empire

They run on your computer. Your files are saved on your computer and in any cloud folder you choose. We don't host or see your data, and we can't recover it.

When you use a paid AI (like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini), what you send it goes to that company under its own terms. The free private AI stays on your computer.

When you buy

Checkout runs through GoHighLevel, and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your name, email, what you bought, when, and your billing status, to give you access, send receipts and renewal reminders, and help you.

How we use what we receive

• To email your map, your next steps, receipts, renewal reminders and help.
• To send tips, updates and offers, only if you said yes (18 and over only).
• To text or call you, only if you ticked the separate text box (18 and over only). See below.
• To keep a record of what you agreed to, as the law asks.

Emails

Every marketing email says who it's from, shows our postal address and has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing works right away for marketing; we honor it within 10 business days at the latest. Account and purchase emails (receipts, renewal reminders) still come while you have a plan.

Text messages (SMS) and calls

• Only with your yes. We text or call you only if you ticked the text box on our form, which is never ticked for you and is separate from email. You must be 18 or over. Agreeing is never a condition of buying anything.
• What we keep: your mobile number, the exact words you agreed to, the time and the form you used, and whether you've opted out.
• What you'll get: map and account updates, reminders and occasional offers. Up to 4 messages a month, sent between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. your local time. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Stopping: reply STOP (or QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE), or tell us any other way. Reply HELP for help.
• Your mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party, affiliate or lead generator. We share it only with the companies that deliver our messages for us (GoHighLevel and its texting carrier partners).

Who helps us run it

These companies process information for us, only to do their job:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) stores contact details, sends our emails and texts, and runs checkout.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Cloudflare hosts these pages and forwards email sent to hello@ and support@.
• Google (Gmail) is the inbox where those emails arrive.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or with a buyer if the business is ever sold (under this same policy).

Your choices and rights

• Stop emails: click unsubscribe in any email.
• Stop texts and calls: reply STOP, or email us.
• See, correct or delete your details: email [email protected]. We'll answer within 45 days, usually much sooner. This is open to everyone, wherever you live.
• Clear your map from this device: tap "Start over" on the map, or clear this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires (up to 7 years), and records of what you agreed to (email and text consent) for 5 years, so we can show we asked first. Then they're deleted.

Security

We keep what we receive with the companies above, behind two-step sign-in, and only the people who need it can see it. No system is perfectly secure; if something ever went wrong with your information, we'd tell you as the law requires.

Children

Stratos Tower is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Under 13, the free map asks for nothing and sends nothing to us. If we learn we've received a child's information, we delete it. Ages 13 to 17: a parent or guardian must know you're using the map; we send results only, never offers, texts or calls, and any paid product is offered only to a parent or guardian. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will be emailed to you before they apply.
