No. You don't need to know anything about AI to start. Loxley, your tour guide, walks you up in plain words, and the Founding 10 beta includes a setup call where we do it together.

Your AI Board ($24.99 one time) is your AI team, your tasks, your three for today, one Inner Circle and your map, on your computer with a free private AI. Your AI Empire ($9.97 a month or $97 a year) comes to you: every morning, your board goes through your list, drafts what you've handed off, and leaves a short Brief. The whole Tower opens. Characters who guide you inside the Tower. Loxley is your tour guide. Staff like Rebecca (the Library), Nathan (setup) and Abigail (your desk and Brief) each know their floor. Their know-how is built in and runs free. With Empire Command, you power them with an AI you choose, and they go to work.

It puts your staff to work. You ask in plain words, the way you'd ask a VA. They answer with a card (Do it, Change it or Not now), do the job, and report back with a link to the proof. They add tasks with dates, put decisions on your Brief, file notes in your Library, place clients and brands on your map, and run jobs on a schedule: news on your topics, leads with sources, and posts drafted in your voice. They can also do errands on your own computer with the free private AI, with nothing uploaded.

Only what you choose to use. Your staff can run on the free private AI on your computer at no cost. If you power them with Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, you pay that company directly on your own account, and you set the spending limit there. We never mark up AI.

No. Nothing is ever sent or posted for you. Your staff prepare the work: drafts, leads, lists and follow-ups. You approve it, then you tap send. Ask them to "send an email" and you get a draft and a task.

Those services do work for a team, and the AI cost is inside their price. Empire Command is built around you: your whole life and work on one map, on your own computer. You bring your own AI and pay for it directly, which is why it costs a fraction as much. It plugs into the AIs you already use, like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini.

Not built yet: hiring a specialist for one job (like an inbox chief who sorts your email each morning and drafts replies), connecting the AI coworkers your team already uses so your staff can hand them work, and a team liaison who turns one brain dump into daily lists for your assistants and VAs. We'll say so on this site when each one works.

On your computer, in files you own. We don't host your Empire online, and we can't see it. If we vanished tomorrow, you'd keep everything.

Only when you use a paid AI. When you ask Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another paid AI, your question goes to that company under its own terms. The free private AI stays on your computer.

Your answers are saved only in your own browser. The names of the people in your circle never leave your device. Before the full results, we ask for your name and email so we can send your next steps. Details are on the Privacy page.

No. There are no analytics, no ad trackers and no cookies on this site. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which may see basic technical details like your IP address, as any website host can.

No. The free private AI runs on your computer and costs nothing. Paid AIs like Claude or ChatGPT are optional. If you add one, you pay that company directly on your own account. Set a spending limit there.

Your AI Board is one payment of $24.99, and nothing renews. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you stop renewal: use the link in any receipt, or email [email protected], any time. You keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. All sales are final, so ask us anything before you buy. See Billing & renewals.

The Tower runs on your computer. With Your AI Empire, your morning Brief lands in a folder you can open on your phone (your computer needs to be on). A simpler phone view is being worked on.

In the Founding 10 beta, the setup call is 20 minutes. The goal is under 30 minutes in all.

Never. You type everything yourself. We never ask for, see or type your passwords or AI keys. Keep your keys in a password manager.

No. Your AIs and staff draft and prepare. You decide, and you tap send. Nothing is sent, spent or deleted without your Yes.

Yes. AIs make mistakes and can sound sure when they aren't. Check anything important. Nothing here is legal, money, medical or tax advice.

Your AI Board, Your AI Empire, Empire Command and the coaching are for adults 18 and over. The free Inner Circle Map is open to everyone; teens 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian to know, and they get results only, never offers.
