Billing & renewals

In short

• One-time purchases are paid once and are yours for what you bought.
• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the price shown when you bought, until you stop renewal.
• To stop renewal, use Manage billing (the same link is in every receipt), or email [email protected]. There are no more payments after that, and you keep everything you've paid for until the end of that period.
• All sales are final. We don't give refunds or credits, full or partial, during the beta or after, except where the law requires one.

One-time purchases

• Your AI Board: $24.99.
• Protocols (deep-dive courses): $500 each, or $997 for all three.
• Build it with Nick, 30-day sprint: $9,997.

You pay once and nothing renews. What you bought is yours as described on its page.

Monthly plans

• Your AI Empire: $9.97 a month.
• Empire Command: $49.97 a month.
• Office Hours: $100 a month, on top of a plan.
• The Cohort: $500 a month, on top of a plan.
• Build it with Nick, monthly: $1,000 a month.

A monthly plan renews automatically each month, on the day of the month you joined, until you stop renewal. Each renewal is charged to the card you used. Once a year we email you a short reminder of your plan, its price and how to stop renewal.

Yearly plans

• Your AI Empire: $97 a year.
• Empire Command: $497 a year.

A yearly plan is paid in full for the year, and the year is yours. It renews automatically each year until you stop renewal. Before it renews, we email you twice, about 35 days and about 10 days ahead, with the renewal date, the amount and how to stop renewal.

Stopping renewal

You can stop renewal any time, for any plan:

• Use Manage billing (enter your email; Stripe sends you a secure link). The same link is in every receipt and reminder email. Or
• email [email protected] from the address you bought with. You don't need to explain. This ready-made email does it in one tap.

It takes effect for your next payment right away: nothing more is charged. A payment already taken stays, and you keep access to the end of the month or year you've paid for. We confirm by email:

"Thank you, your subscription is cancelled. There will be no more payments after this. Enjoy the service for the time you've paid."

Your files are always yours. Stratos Tower keeps your work on your own computer, so it stays with you when a plan ends. A one-time Board you bought keeps working.

All sales are final

We don't give refunds, partial refunds or credits for one-time purchases, for unused time on a plan, or when you stop renewal or change plans, during the beta and after. This doesn't limit any right to a refund that the law gives you where you live.

Changing plans

Moving to a different plan starts the new plan from its own first payment. The old plan stops renewing and runs to the end of its paid period. Nothing is pro-rated.

Price changes

The price you joined at is the price you renew at. If we ever change the price of your plan, we'll email you at least 30 days before it would apply and ask for your OK. If you don't agree, your plan won't renew at the new price.

If a payment doesn't go through

We email you and try the card again, up to 3 times over about 8 days. If it still doesn't go through, the plan ends. Nothing on your computer is deleted.

How payments work

Prices are in U.S. dollars, plus any sales tax that applies. Checkout runs through GoHighLevel, and payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. If something on your statement looks wrong, email us first and we'll sort it out quickly.

The Founding 10 beta

Purchases are for adults 18 and over. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian buys and accepts the Terms.
