Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on stratostower.com. That's the common standard for websites that work well with screen readers, keyboards, zoom and other tools.

What we do

• Text and buttons are built to meet AA color contrast.
• Pages use real headings, so screen readers can move through them.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to the page" link.
• Pictures that carry meaning have text descriptions.
• If your device asks for reduced motion, we turn off smooth scrolling and animation.
• The pages work on phones and when zoomed in.

Where we are

We believe this site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA: most of it meets the standard, and some parts may not yet. We check it ourselves on phones, with a keyboard and with screen readers.

What we know isn't perfect yet

This site is new, and we haven't had an outside accessibility audit yet. The free Inner Circle Map and the Stratos Tower app are separate from this website, and we're still checking them. Some parts may fall short. We'd rather hear about it than guess.
